Bali Finally

I might be the last Indonesian I know to set foot on the island.
Flying to Bali may sound casual nowadays, but not to me.
After few years of planning and delaying,
it finally came true. Bali came true.

And I fell in love, almost instantly.
It has been called the paradise on earth, I get it. I really do.
Is it the people, the beaches, the blue skies, the slow-paced life?
It's understandable yet inexplainable.

Some people told me Bali has lost its past charm, it's getting ordinary.
Yes it isn't squeaky clean, excessively hot, traffic jams are everywhere,
but don't know why to me the island feels like the center of the world.
I definitely needed more time, unquestionably will come back.

Ayana resort's private beach. I wish to stay here for honeymoon. Or somewhere in Venice.

Ayana's inclinator (to reach the beach & Rock Bar, vice versa)

I DIVED. I myself couldn't believe it.
If somebody played the Jaws' theme song down there I would run back to the boat.

Padang-Padang. Bali's finest sands and water!

Ubud's Art Galleries! I can see myself being an apprentice here.

Hotness detected. The weather, I mean.

Antonio Blanco's Museum & Gallery, Ubud (at last!)

Hihi.
